  The HIGH-BUILD SYSTEM was developed exclusively to address the world's dependency on coal tar
  based coatings that are widely acknowledged as being carcinogenic as well as having a limited life
  span of 3 to 5 years on average.

  Current alternatives such as alkyds, urethanes, vinyl and epoxy based coatings are unsatisfactory due
  to the V.O.C. (Volatile Organic Compound) content. Furthermore, harmful anti-fouling agents when used
  in a marine application and the dependency on coal, tar and other V.O.C. based coatings are not only
  expensive in terms of maintenance, time and cost, but also, greatly impact the environment and the people
  who come in contact with the many coatings that are derived from these products.

  Therefore, many industrialized countries have considered banning all coal, tar and V.O.C. based coatings.
  However, there has been resistance due to the void that would be created when it appeared there would
  be no viable substitutes. Until now: HIGH-BUILD.
